A Guide to the Chelsea Stadium Tours



If you’re a football fan and you plan to visit London or are already in London, go on a stadium tour, particularly the Chelsea Stadium Tour, with the stadium being home to the Chelsea Football Club. Since 1905, Chelsea FC has called Stamford Bridge Stadium it's home.
Built-in 1877, the stadium can seat up to 41,663 football fans. The Stadium complex also houses the Chelsea Museum, which features interactive exhibits to show viewers how Chelsea FC has evolved throughout its rich history.
Tour Highlights and Things to Do
There are various Chelsea Stadium Tours that you can take during your stay at any aparthotels in London. You can choose from one or more of these:
Platinum Tour: This is a private and personalized tour that you can enjoy with your favorite group.
Chelsea FC Stadium Tour: The tour includes visits to the Stadium stands, the dressing rooms, the press room, and the dug-out and tunnel areas. You can also see the pre- and post-match analysis television screens. A tour to the Chelsea Museum is also included.
Legends Tour: Your tour includes a former Chelsea FC player. You can get a photograph, ask questions, and have a photo taken with the playing legend. Included are a museum audio guide, a guidebook, and the player’s signed photo.
Tour and Lunch Package: After your tour around the Stadium and the museum, you get to be treated to lunch at Frankie’s Sports Bar & Diner. When you book the tour online, the lunch is counted as an ‘Optional Service.’
How to Get There
The Stadium is located on Fulham Road. You can go by Tube, by coach, by bus, or by car. If you’re going by bus, take those with routes 211, 414, or 14, all of which stop outside the Stamford Bridge Stadium.
Nearest Tube
The Fulham Broadway station, which is a 9-minute stroll away, is the nearest Tube station.

Ticket Prices and Booking Your Ticket
Go to the official website to know the departure times, which are always subject to change.
Platinum Tour: Departing at 11:10 in the morning and 2:10 in the afternoon, ticket prices are GBP55 for adults and GBP45 for children.
Chelsea FC Stadium Tour: For adults, if tickets are bought online, they cost GBP19. If bought at the Stadium, tickets cost GBP22. For children ages 5 to 15, tickets are GBP13 if bought online and GBP16 if bought at the Stadium.
Legends Tour: Costing GBP17 a ticket, the tour can be booked beforehand either by telephone or online.
Tour and Lunch Package: The package costs GBP31.50 for adults and GBP21.50 for children.
If you want to go to the museum and you’re not on the tour, come between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm. Entry is GBP11 for adults and GBP9 for children.
Tips
Since there are a lot of stairs in the stadium and museum complex, it is best you wear comfortable shoes. You should also be at the stadium at least 30 minutes before your tour starts. You may even have to be there earlier during busy periods so to reach early you can book your stay at Presidential Marylebone Mayfair in advance.
